Updating your user profile

When a user shares a report with a client, their contact details can be shared with their client too. Before doing this, all users are advised to update their contact details to ensure that clients viewing their reports know who they came from, and more importantly, who to contact should they have any questions.

 

Updating your user profile

To update your user profile within Haystack, do the following:

  1. Select the profile silhouette in the top right-hand corner of the screen
  2. Click on your name
  3. From the new page, ensure you have selected Profile from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen
  4. Update details in the main screen
  5. Once complete, select Submit

Users can provide their name, job title, public email address, contact number as well as upload a profile picture.

This information will now be visible in the header section when a report is shared with a client.
