Updating credit card details

You can update your credit card details if you have signed up online for your Haystack account.

If you are an Enterprise user and you need to update your billing method, please contact your Digital Account Manager to resolve this quickly. Alternatively, please email support@silktide.com.

To update your credit card details, try this:

  1. Log in to your Haystack account
  2. Click on the profile silhouette next to the All reports button
  3. Select Account admin
  4. On the left-hand menu, select Subscription
  5. Click on the Edit button below your existing payment details
  6. Update your details accordingly and save.
